About Us

Knebworth Tennis Club is a small, friendly village club located in the recreation ground off Watton Road, Knebworth. We try and promote tennis to all ages and abilities and have some of the lowest membership prices in Hertfordshire. We have 4 all weather courts and a small club hut.

Matches are played all year round with teams playing in the Datchworth Summer League, the Datchworth Autumn League, the East Herts Winter League, the Ladies Orchard League and new to us this year, the Hot Rackets League.

Location

KTC is located in the recreation ground off Watton Road, Knebworth. Enter Watton Road from Knebworth High Street, go over several speed humps and the driveway to the recreation ground is on your left. Cars can be parked here and the Tennis Club is across the field at the top of the drive. Click here for map

Winter Tennis

Following on from the very successful summer tournaments our Friday Evening Winter Tennis at Gosling has now resumed.

New Fencing & Court Maintenance Completed

The new fencing has now been erected, both sets of courts have been professionally cleaned and all 4 courts have been repainted.

This maintenance work has made a vast improvement to the club and the playing experience.

Thanks to all who have helped get this implemented.
